PROF. DOREEN KAINYU KAURA
Prof. Kaura is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Stellenbosch University, Cape Town, South Africa. Prof Kaura dedicates her career in teaching and learning, research and social impact to focusing and listening to the women on ensuring continuity for effective care coordination, within their communities, and the organizations within the Maternal and Neonatal Continuum (MNH).
She is an Adjunct Professor in Agha khan East Africa, member of the Horizon Institute International Advisory Board, World Health Organization and the Steering Committee for re-establishing CONAMA.
Prof Kaura is engaged in National and International collaborative research and has authored and co-authored several publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals. She is also a mentor and educator, inspiring and coaching the next generation of health innovators.
