Initiative-taking Real Estate Manager with over 30 years of office and property management experience. Ms. Sarfo has a long record of maintaining detailed administrative and procedural processes that reduce redundancy and improve accuracy. She is skilled at working effectively with different departments to coordinate and resolve problems and assists in achieving organizational objectives.

Ms. Sarfo started her career in Accra, Ghana. She worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Canadian High Commission from 1986 to 1994 and relocated to the United States of America in 1995.

In the United States, Ms. Sarfo worked at several real estate companies (that included Kimco Realty Corp., and JBG Smith) as an Administrative Assistant that supported property management. She currently works as a Property Manager for Willard Retail located in Bethesda, Maryland.

At the present time, Ms. Sarfo oversees seven properties in Maryland and the Washington DC corridor. She is responsible for maintaining the properties, keeping positive relationships with tenants, negotiating with contractors, and maximizing the financial performance of the assets in her portfolio.

Ms. Sarfo holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science Management from Montgomery County Community College located in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. She also recently obtained a Certified Property Management (CPM) Certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
