Veronica Adwoa Agyare

Veronica Adwoa Agyare is a dedicated and self-motivated professional Nurse Educator with over 16 years combined experience in nursing practice and nursing education who always upholds the integrity of nursing. She is passionate about nursing, child health. Veronica has been involved in nursing education at various levels such as the Training Colleges and the Universities for over a decade with deep familiarity in curriculum development, teaching methodologies, text construction, practical skills acquisition, development of learning materials, review of manuals, and development of strategic plans. Likewise, she is engaged as a member of faculty in the development of specialists at Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives. Veronica appreciates the enormity of Gender equity in the health sector, needs assessment and monitoring and evaluation as well as adolescent health and needs for universal health coverage.
Veronica is poised in nurturing the youth/learners by utilizing skills and evidenced based practices to instil discipline, and professional competence. This has driven her love for research to find new and appropriate modalities to enhance her profession. As a keen researcher, she has gained skills in research over the years through data collection, interviewing and compilation of reports. My research interest is in both qualitative and quantitative studies.
